Does the Job!
I purchased a set of theses for my Catera. Installation was easy (Make sure to prop the trunk up-otherwise it will come down and it is very heavy!) I thought that maybe my trunk would pop up automatically with these new struts but that was not the case. It still takes a little lift pressure to open but it is much better now that I have replaced the struts.

My Catera has no wires just coil packs, which I have replaced with new ones. I have to start it and take rpm to 4K then while holding it there the rpm will drop down to below 500 rpm and run like crap. Hi same thing happen to me what is happing is the oil on the spark plugs boots is causing a ground making them misfire, when you wipe them off that may work for alittle while but it will happen again when the oil builds back up. what is going on... So I tried the same thing this time, but there really wasn't much on the plugs to speak of. When I put it back together now it begins to misfire immediately, it revs up really high, like its burning the built up gas in the cylinders and then... You tend to find its the plus that are at the back that fill up more than the others so the front one may not have a lot in. The middle one will have abit more in and the back one will have loads in. So I have to assume this is the same misfire I was getting 2 months ago on cylinders 2 and 4.
